I have thoroughly enjoyed the Bizkeeper 101 course so far - it has "opened my eyes" to many aspects of the digital world which I was "too afraid" to delve into . For many of us who haven't been born into the digital world it can be all a bit daunting and overwhelming - thanks for introducing us "so gently" looking forward to the rest of the course :-)
Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?
I especially enjoyed the topic on how to "turn around" a negative review by explaining clearly and logically why you have followed hat course of action.
Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
Have certainly gained a better understanding on how FB can be used to our advantage for business - I am certainly not a FB user personally as I feel that people get far too caught up in personal issues , conspiracy theory's etc so I have been reluctant to use it myself , both personally and for our business - we do of course have a staff member which looks after our FB site but I never get involved in it myself - maybe its a generation thing - I'm 63 and had been influenced by the negativity which I hear from FB.
