Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?
Being able to access the analytics form both goggle and our socials, to better target our audience, and create focus on the particular aspects we need the spotlight on. Being able to fully utilise all aspects of social media to our advantage (and even to know what these are!) eg the importance of geo location, and the use of highlights and reels etc
Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
I loved my first training session with Claire! Social media and all that in encompasses can be a little daunting for me at times, but Claire made some suggestions that broke things down into bite sized bits for me, and I'm actually really excited to implement the homework she set. Having only minimal experience with social media & website creation, her explanation of things, was very concise and relevent, so I didn't feel overwhelmed with too much jargon or hard to understand terms. The information outlined in our digital health check was also super comprehensive, yet approachable, and again I'm super excited to start working my way through the items.
