The session has given a lot of food for thought and alot of challenges that I'll be happy to incorporate. It s been very useful. Its really good to have support for small businesses as we wear so many hats and to get feedback and support on this level.
Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?
Using Hootsuite will solve alot of my problems. The planning of content and how to best reach my audience will greatly assist with my time.
Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
Claire assisted with setup of a Hootsuite account. I also learnt about managing content and best practice of how to target, reuse and source content and manage this through my Hootsuite account.
