The use of MESSENGER was completely foreign to me before entering this session so that was an eye-opener. Instant Replying and Responding to Comments was also useful.

Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
I am a 56 year old photographer who has rarely had to canvas for work and therefore has no experience with SOCIAL MEDIA platforms. A whole bunch of corporate clients would refer to me their corporate colleagues and life was good! Then COVID hit and my world changed. The corporates shut up shop and I was left with a jobkeeper handout and an uncertain future. In the past 4 weeks I have set up a photographic studio in South Brisbane with the aim of targeting a few niche markets. In an ideal world, I would love a 45min one-on-one with a social media "expert" to help me set up a facebook account and help me funnel potential clients (traffic) towards my soon to be revised website and new Instagram page. Does this resonate?
