Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?
The whole service will be useful. This is an area we are aware needs attention, but we haven't know how to address it. Tourism Tribe have provided a comprehensive assessment and we're looking forward to learning how to maintain an improved online presence in the future.
Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
The health check is very beneficial. We've started implementing some of the recommendations. Some comments and recommendations require more clarification and we look forward to receiving some coaching in our first session, in order to improve our understanding and skills.
