All training I have undertaken with Tourism Tribe has been outstanding. I love the Trainers – all super professional but incredibly human. One important thing I have noticed is they are all successful business people. There is nothing worse than being trained by someone who hasn't actually been "at the coal face". Being involved in ongoing training and mentoring has revitalised my brain, I feel alive again! Can't wait for the next session – whatever the topic is 🙂
Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?
Honestly, there is not one part that is "wasted time" – it is all valuable learning. It is either something I did not know, or it is a reminder to check what I already know or have implemented.
Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
It was 2 days ago, how can I remember that? LOL. Kidding. I am looking forward to doing my SWOT analysis. I have started setting up my Trello board more neatly to keep a check on when I am checking my online reviews. I am also trying to find the time to write my process notes as ideally I would like to have an appropriate staff member assist in this area. I have lots of aims but not got to them yet.
