I found this 6 week course really informative and very useful. I've learned some neat tricks that I didn't know about before. I plan to use my digital health check to improve my customers' experiences and thereby improving my brand digitally.

I found the lesson on 'live chat' particularly useful. I've implemented it on my website and social media platforms. I've learned how valuable email marketing can be, and this is something I will be doing a lot more of.
