I really appreciated Claire's easy-going nature. The extra questions I put to her were dealt with easily showing her experience and knowledge of the various ways problems can be solved in organising a website. I learnt a lot. Now to complete all of the tasks required of me in as short a time as possible while working as a gardener, cleaner, bird carer, wife, mother and hostess!
