Every tourism start-up should engage with Tourism Tribe. Brilliant tips and strategies has certainly opened my eyes to the attention to detail required when it comes to digital skills. Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
As a business owner, I have learnt that its the little things such as having your address details and instructions to potential guests that matters the most. As a result, I am in the process of updating my digital presence to a clear and concise instruction to make it easy for the potential guests to book with us.
I have learnt that it takes a community to grow a business. Collaboration is so important in improving sales overall.
This program has certainly opened my mind to a lot of little strategies and some big ones such as upgrading my website to a Wix based template. ( I am using Wix for another business of mine since 2018) It gives you assurance that it is the way forward.
I am a self-learner so this program has been useful in that sense.
