Loving the guided tour concept - you show me, you explain things, then I go away with the course material and the forms to fill in.
Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?
I'm loving the combination of listening to Fabi and Liz, being given a preview of the material and then going away to use the material and work my way through the lessons. It's a great combination. I have done some Guest Personas, along with avatars and started by Simple Marketing Plan. A lot of this is information we know about, but what is really useful is the "guided tour" and the course material - I don't feel like I'm floundering anymore!
Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
This week the concept of Target Market was reinforced. It makes complete sense that you cannot send the same thing to everyone, your material has to be targeted to the correct potential guest - no use sending cat info to a dog lover, or family activities to a single without children.
