Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?
All of it.
I was surprised to see that I scored high in Instagram as it was the one thing I felt we were not doing well. I have sought to gain genuine engagement rather than likes.
Also, with facebook, we scored low, however it is difficult with over posting, as I combine news and community with tourism. But I have now decided to become far more selective with what content is shared.
