The Digital Health check was definitely an eye opener. Was great to get a customer view of what we have in place currently, not something you appreciated or understand from inside your business. The associated coaching was great also. Emily was very patient and supportive, pushing us to make the best use of her time and experience and provided plenty of follow up resources to assist in our digital journey.
Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?
We had no expectations of what would be offered, but the Digitial Health Check provided a useful customer perspective.
The coaching support provided by Emily following the health check was great. She always followed up with an email to recall what we'd discussed as well as referencing related courses within Tourism Tribe which would further develop (and refresh) our skills and awareness of our digital presence.
Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
Being introduced to the Facebook Business Suite and Google My Business facility was great, as we didn't really know they existed previously. Also being aware that the iPhone/iPad apps provide different functionality to the PC Browser helped to sort through things.
