When it comes to running my business I have years of experience and expertise in the hospitality industry. We are good at what we do but when it comes to our digital presence that’s a whole different ball game and I’m definitely no expert here! The detailed information provided in my digital health check is fantastic as it provides me with a checklist and goals to work towards. Having a comparison from a previous health check has enabled me to see how I’ve improved and provides much needed encouragement to continue with my efforts in what has been a difficult two years of operating

Like many small business owners we don’t have a specialised team dedicated to our online presence. Everything is done in-house and we are definitely learning as we go! The insight, recommendations and helpful guides have enabled us to improve our visibility online and in particular our website.
