Claire is Tourism Tribe’s Coach and Digital Strategist. She has extensive experience in the tourism industry, working for tour and accommodation operators in guiding and marketing roles. She now empowers tourism operators by building their confidence and capabilities through training and coaching.

A significant part of Claire’s role involves collaborating with clients to develop effective content marketing strategies, blog updates, and social media plans.

Claire’s hands-on experience includes working as a tour guide in Kakadu (8-day tours) and the Kimberleys for two years. For the past five years, she has served as the Marketing and Business Manager for a Queensland based accommodation business, where she transformed the business into a fully self-sufficient, online operation. Claire migrated the entire operational systems and marketing to digital and cloud-based platforms, enhancing efficiencies and sales, and enabling remote access to business systems at any time.

In 2023, Claire was invited to join the judging panel for Tourism NT’s prestigious Brolga Awards.

Claire is well-travelled, both internationally and across Australia, having lived in every state except South Australia and Tasmania!
