The Story behind TWØBAYS Brewing Co
TWØBAYS founder Richard Jeffares loved everything about the craft beer experience until he was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2015. On a strict gluten free diet, he could no longer find the quality and variety of Australian craft beer he had fallen in love with. He feared he would never experience a tasting paddle with friends and family again. Now, he has opened the first dedicated gluten free Brewery and Taproom in Australia. The Taproom is a safe haven for those who either choose to live gluten free or suffer from gluten intolerances. Since opening in December 2018, we have offered people from across the nation an opportunity to explore gluten free craft beer with 20 different beers on our nine Taproom beer taps, with a range of wood-fired gluten free pizza to boot!
