The Digital Engagement Health Check provided useful feedback on how potential customers/guests might see us. This perspective was a great complement to the previous outward-looking view on our digital presence. The general feedback and advice was much appreciated, with many things we can put into place immediately, as well as many more we can address over a longer period. Looking forward to the coaching sessions.
Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?
Things we thought were in reasonable shape already gave a good score, which was reassuring. Things which we already knew were problematic were also raised, which was good also. Some new things we hadn't thought of made sense, so provides a starting point of how to best update our online presence.
Can you give an example of a skill or knowledge area you gained?
Gave us an appreciation of what customers would see.
We know we're not the best at selling ourselves, but struggling with what content is best to provide, so feedback was good in various areas.
