Great Ocean Road Escapes is a boutique property management service specializing in luxury, self-contained holiday homes in and around Apollo Bay. We find you the holiday home to create memories in that will last a lifetime. We take care of your holiday home as if it were our own.
Who are the people behind your business
We have our General Manager who manages reservations, through to the management of cleaning staff of 5 plus & more during the summer months. We also have our superstar Personal Assistant whom is in charge of budgets & marketing & keeps an eye across everything to ensure consistency of experience for our guests & homeowners.

We never know why a guest is staying & what life experiences they have encountered or why their trip is special to them & our role is to ensure they have an exceptional experience from first contact point with us through the booking process, their stay & their departure & after care continued communication. The Great Ocean Road trip is already a magical experience on it’s own, so we want to keep the visitors standard as high as possible.

Lisa sees it as her journey in life to create an environment of wonderful memories & solutions to ensure homeowners have peace of mind & guests are left with a memorable experience to increase length of stay & spend in other local businesses & memories that will last a lifetime so that our guests go home & tell their relatives & friends & we ensure continued growth in this beautiful small town to continue to provide jobs for locals that chose to live in this beautiful town which affords them continued choices.
What is the company background?
Lisa Started the business from her passion to help other people. Lisa recognized early on that there was becoming a niche demand for properties to be managed not from behind a desk but rather hands on & in house by personal inspection to ensure care for home owners most valuable asset.

Our vision is to create a safe haven within our homes for people to experience true joy, comfort & happiness to reconnect, recharge & rejuvenate.
