The first part of this course examines the role of Facebook in your business and destination, how to maximise the features and functionality of Facebook and how to implement a strategy that will get results. Liz will also explain how reach and engagement work on Facebook, how to create content that connects with your audience, and how to measure your success so that you can do more of what works.

The second part of this course explains how Facebook messenger can help you turn enquiries into sales, and how to grow your reach, engagement and conversions by collaborating with other pages. Liz also provides an introduction to advertising on Facebook.
