Lead funnel a standout; social media dissecting and value assessment; website improvements (eg chat bot) to be implemented; understanding and analysing my USP / SWOT / market share and demographics; and the opportunity always to go back to the recordings and refresh my understanding and learning; always helping me to focus because my life is a mass (mess?) of disconnected/overlapping demands.
