I began the program Frontline Staff Strategies, Support and Guidance in a Vaccinated Economy quite unsure of my requirements under the new mandate for opening up my retail outlet. I felt unnprepared to provide guidance to staff and advise them of their responsibilities. One hour later and not only did l feel confident to setup guidelines for them, but was also able to give examples and implement strategies for dealing with difficult customers . l now have the confidence we will manager this and am able to the maintain a positive focus moving forward.
