Just received our Digital Health Check and it was really beneficial to see what areas we need to improve on. Although it is difficult to make some of the changes due to our website platform we use. Will definitely be using some of the feedback that was provided.

Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?

The information around social platforms is good. However it did say to post about 2 times a week on Instagram and Facebook - I found when I did this our engagement significantly dropped. When i posted less frequent on Facebook, we increased engagement. I post more frequently on Instagram as this platforms seems to get a lot more engagement with the contact I am posting.
