The updated website now offers a user-friendly platform for managing members and customers, integrating CRM tools, and facilitating seamless product sales and membership renewals.

To enhance the website’s functionality, streamline member management, and integrate advanced tools for better user experience and sales processes.

Key Deliverables

    • Update plugins and review changelogs.
    • Implement member/customer database for streamlined registration and account management, ensuring that users can log in for future purchases.
    • Integrate WooCommerce to automatically create user accounts upon purchase and send login details.
    • Set up and configure Funnelkit CRM for advanced customer relationship management.
    • Review and update current Woo member emails and default setup.
    • Implement annual membership renewals online, with a discussion to determine the best method, including recurring automatic billing options.
    • Connect WooCommerce with MYOB for seamless invoicing and bank feed integration.
    • Add new products (patches, badges, books) to the website, with an option for the client to manage product listings or receive assistance.
    • Set up a members-only product area using WPfusion (light version).

Outcome
