Program Overview

Destination NSW has partnered with Tourism Tribe to offer this fully funded Fast Track Program that aims to assist visitor economy businesses in New South Wales, including accommodation, tours and attractions to digitally transform and fast track their growth leveraging Artificial Intelligence, email automation and video in 2023.

This fully subsidised program will assist 27 small tourism businesses in digital marketing through customised workshops, small group coaching calls and individual consultation sessions.

We will provide you with the knowledge to maximise AI tools, Canva, eMarketing platforms and video content to draw more traffic to your website, generate potential new leads and create a digital brochure to use as a lead magnet. Normally creating a brochure of this type would take small businesses 20h – we are going to show you how to get it done in 1h.

The Digital Accelerator for Tourism: eMarketing Program is part of the NSW First Program, delivered by Destination NSW to help visitor economy businesses across the state to develop, promote and sell great visitor experiences.

The Process

Live Workshops

Three ninety-minute live workshops will be presented by the Tourism Tribe team with each workshop focusing on one of the three fundamental steps in creating and uploading your lead magnet.

  • Workshop 2 – Email Automate Like A Pro
  • Workshop 3 – Video Marketing Untangled

You can access the 3 self-paced lessons of the DNSW Emarketing courses here. You will see they are organised into a tab called ‘Fast-track’.

Group Coaching Calls

The workshops are complemented by Group Support Calls. Whilst these run every 2 weeks on a pre-determined schedule of topics, we have added a ‘Fast-track’ topic. You will be able to find the registration link on your program page.

1:1 Coaching

Two one-hour coaching sessions are available for each participant, where strategists can support you in your lead magnet creation and help you to develop a digital strategy to implement your learnings.

Tourism Tribe Course Library
During this whole program, you’ll have access to the extensive Tourism Tribe course library to help you to improve your knowledge and digital skills. These courses can be found on your dashboard.

Any information collected by Tourism Tribe on behalf of Destination NSW about you and your business will be used solely for the Destination NSW Digital Accelerator for Tourism eMarketing Program. If your application to be part of the program is unsuccessful, all information collected will be destroyed.

Where do I access my course certificates?

You can view and download your course certificate for any course you have completed on that course overview page which you can access via the main navigation menu when you’re logged in.

How do I find my Digital Engagement Health Check™ report?

You’ll find the link to access your report in the email we sent to you with the subject line “Your Digital Engagement Health Check™ results”. Please do download your report so that you’ll always be able to access it.

Can I access the training at my own pace?

Absolutely. All our self-paced courses are available online anytime, so you can learn when it suits you – even during your quiet season or in between guests. You can ask a question at any time at the bottom of each lesson and we’ll get back to you super quick!

Are there live sessions or just recorded content?

We offer both! Join our live webinars and group tourism tech coaching sessions, or check out the recorded content at your convenience.
