Week 1 – Website assessment (20 min)
As a warm up and to get you in the website mindset, you’ll take a short assessment of your website which will identify areas you need to focus on and provide a list of recommendations based on your results.

Week 2 – Live Panel Session Recorded on Thursday 9 August 11:00-11:45 AEST
Delivered by successful entrepreneurs and experienced business leaders, the panel will share their top advice for developing and improving your tourism website and traps to avoid. It’s the perfect opportunity to review your website and plan for its next evolution.

Amber Rodgers – 1770 LARC! Tours. Amber is the Marketing Manager for 1770 LARC! Tours which operates from the historic Town of 1770. Amber’s work history has been a solid 20 years in the Tourism Industry which has armed her with an indepth understanding of marketing tools aimed at success.
Amber will share with us how she recently coordinated rebuilding the small business website of 1770 LARC! Tours which led to a massive jump in tour sales within the first month of launching the site.
Week 3 – Live Workshop – Recorded on Thursday 23 August 11:00am-12:00pm AEST
The live workshop will follow with case studies and step by step advice on important design and content considerations, including what you could do now to make immediate improvement.

Week 4 – Q&A session – Recorded on Thursday 30 August 11:00am-11:45am AEST
The Q&A session is the final session and will ensure all participants have the ability to discuss what they have implemented during the month and get any remaining questions answered.
