found it so valuable and really grateful for the experience the entity tourism has provided, I got a lot out of it, especially in understanding our segments and the persona of the people that we need to connect with and how I can navigate that through Google and TripAdvisor and really taking a deeper dive in and understanding our, our markets, especially our trade how we can engage better and have some concrete actions that I can take away from this in relation to creating contact to provide to them to make it easier to reach out to them and that hole was the word that use path to path to purpose to purchase not just for my segment that I look after, which is cultural experiences, but now I can take it back to other departments and having clear actions so it’s actually really productive. And yeah, I feel really great and more empowered to do my job and better connect to people.
