I was very happy with Mandy's knowledge and feedback as our website has already ranked better than it did.
The digital engagement health check assumed we are like other tourism providers in the area when a quick look at our website clearly indicates we are quite different as we provide school camps to the education sector. Maybe the template provided to the coach did not allow them to critically evaluate our business as well as they might have if they had a different template to use. Although there were many things that were helpful, there were many that were irrelevant to us due to the nature of our business.
