Which part of the training did you find most beneficial?

For us here at the Australian Reptile Park, we're already implementing AI into our marketing mix and making it work for us, however Mandy recommending the AIPRM extension to ChatGPT was an absolute god-send. This has really helped elevate our marketing copy and implementation! We also already have a content creator on-site but being able to learn video making through a different platform really helps if I need to take over with content creation. The email marketing course has also been extremely helpful as we were able to successfully create a website pop-up form and automation journey that is sent to people post-visit to the Park. The information Mandy provided in our coaching call was also extremely useful. She made suggestions on how to elevate our 'Google My Business' platform including creating events, updates and how to improve our SEO.
