Program Overview
Falls Creek Chamber of Commerce has teamed up with Tourism Tribe to offer this programme to help its members boost their digital presence. The Digital Upskill Program will help work towards digital goals for your local business, identify areas requiring attention and remove barriers to improve online presence and grow your local business in the post Covid operating environment.
The Department of Jobs, Precincts, and Regions is responsible for funding the initiative.
You will be given the opportunity when you register to opt for a 60 minute 1:1 coaching session with an digital and small business strategist or the Bizkeeper 101 course.
It is critical that you complete your training or commence your course by April 30th, 2022.
Bizkeeper 101
This is Tourism Tribe’s signature course. It is a self-paced online course including topics such as Facebook and Instagram fundamentals, marketing strategy, online reputation management, and specific online suggestions for working in the Covid era. There are six lessons that you can complete at your convenience.
1:1 Coaching
During the one-hour coaching session, strategists will walk you through recommendations relevant to your business (from your digital assessment) and help you develop a digital strategy to implement these recommendations.
Privacy notice
Any information collected by Tourism Tribe on behalf of Falls Creek Chamber of Commerce about you and your business will be used solely for the Falls Creek Digital Upskill Program. If your application to be part of the program is unsuccessful, all information collected will be destroyed.
Program Dates

- 7 April 2022: Participants receive Tourism Tribe login details
- Bizkeeper participants get access to the Bizkeeper 101 course
- Coaching participant will receive their link to book their coaching session
- 9 June: library access begins for all participants
- 1 Sept: all coaching sessions must be completed
- 9 Dec: library access ends for all participants

Where do I access my course certificates?
You can view and download your course certificate for any course you have completed on that course overview page which you can access via the main navigation menu when you’re logged in.
How do I find my Digital Engagement Health Check™ report?
You’ll find the link to access your report in the email we sent to you with the subject line “Your Digital Engagement Health Check™ results”. Please do download your report so that you’ll always be able to access it.
Can I access the training at my own pace?
Absolutely. All our self-paced courses are available online anytime, so you can learn when it suits you – even during your quiet season or in between guests. You can ask a question at any time at the bottom of each lesson and we’ll get back to you super quick!
Are there live sessions or just recorded content?
We offer both! Join our live webinars and group tourism tech coaching sessions, or check out the recorded content at your convenience.
I have just finished the last week of your amazing course. I am so proud of what I have achieved in just sticking with it.
