Google My Business listings showcase two types of reviews: Pure reviews (those that have been left on the Google Listing itself on Google My Business) and aggregated reviews (from tools like booking.com etc).
Here we need you to answer the question by looking at Pure reviews only. You will see the number of reviews next to the stars of your listing, at the top.
If the website is indexed, you will see content under the “site:” command listing all their pages. If it is a big site, you will want to see at least 10 pages to be sure the site has been indexed correctly. If the site just have one page you will obviously (hopefully) see just the one.
