Program Overview

Victoria Tourism Industry Council is offering this fully funded program to assist local Victorian tourism, events and hospitality businesses with improving their digital skills and online presence. This project is part of a wider industry development program that has been funded and supported by the Victorian Government.

The Tourism Digital Bizkeeper Program will focus on the critical skills and knowledge needed to adapt and improve your online presence to grow your business in the post Covid operating environment.

To start off you’ll get a full Digital Health Check of your online assets, including your website, Google My Business listing, Facebook and Instagram.  Your results will be emailed to you, or you can view your assessment pdf from the button on your dashboard.

6 practical live webinars will walk you through the Bizkeeper course and to give you the knowledge you’ll need to implement the changes recommended in your digital assessment.  Links to join the webinars will be emailed to you 1 day and 1 hour before each session.

Finally you’ll receive a follow up Digital Health Check where you’ll be able to see just how far you’ve come towards becoming a digital superhero.

Absolutely. All our self-paced courses are available online anytime, so you can learn when it suits you – even during your quiet season or in between guests. You can ask a question at any time at the bottom of each lesson and we’ll get back to you super quick!
