Program Overview

Victoria Tourism Industry Council is offering this fully funded program to assist local Victorian tourism, events and hospitality businesses with improving their digital skills and online presence. This project is part of a wider industry development program that has been funded and supported by the Victorian Government.

The Digital Coaching Program will help you to work towards your digital goals, identify areas requiring attention and remove barriers so that you can improve your online presence and grow your business in the post Covid operating environment.

The Process

1st Digital Engagement Health Check™

Once you receive your welcome email, we’ll start right away on a full Digital Engagement Health Check™ of your online assets, including your website, Google My Business listing, Facebook and Instagram.  When we have completed your assessment, you’ll receive an email with a link to your assessment report in pdf format.

1:1 Coaching

2 one hour coaching sessions will follow, where our strategists will walk you through your recommendations and help you to develop a digital strategy moving forward to implement the changes recommended in your digital assessment.

  • If your region is completing the coaching sessions online please book your session today for a time and date that suits.
  • If your region is completing the coaching sessions in person, you will receive an email with a link to book about 2 weeks before the scheduled date.

2nd Digital Engagement Health Check™

Finally you’ll receive a follow up Digital Engagement Health Check™ where you’ll be able to see just how far you’ve come towards becoming a digital superhero.

Tourism Tribe Course Library

During this whole program you’ll have access to the Tourism Tribe course library to help you to improve your knowledge and digital skills.  These courses can be found on your dashboard.

26 August: 1st coaching sessions completed online before this date

4-5 October – 2nd coaching sessions completed in-person

Ballarat

22-23 August: 1st in-person coaching session

21 September – 2nd coaching sessions completed online before this date
