The program aims to help tourism businesses to improve their digital skills and online presence, build their digital marketing channels and ultimately help grow their business. This free program will assist 25 businesses to work towards goals with a customised Digital Engagement Health Check™, workshops and individual consultation sessions.

The Logan City Council Business Digital Improvement Program is made possible with assistance provided through the jointly funded Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).

The Process

Start with Digital Engagement Health Checks™
Once you receive your welcome email, we’ll start right away on a full Digital Engagement Health Check™ of your online assets, including your business website, Google My Business listing, Facebook and Instagram. Each business will receive an assessment report with point by point recommendations for all points requiring improvement.

1:1 Coaching
Two one-hour coaching sessions are available for each participant, where coaches will walk you through recommendations relevant to your business (from your digital assessment) and help you develop a plan to implement these recommendations.
