Please prioritise any remaining TTNQ HC’s before starting on any others.

27/4/22 Your recommendations for project Z_ARN22

This is a project with operators from Arnhem Land.
For your recommendations for this particular project we have been asked to focus on “Online bookability”
Please follow the usual layout for your recommendations, but please give feedback about this topic in relation to your user experience navigation of their digital assets.
Examples: recommend it if they don’t have it. If they do have it – how does it function? What areas of opportunity are they missing for example book now buttons, and call to actions throughout their site to book or explore more? How can they leverage their site to encourage more bookings?
PS please ensure you read the email update sent to you about ‘Z’ projects BEFORE starting any ‘Z’ projects. 🙂

Thank you team 🙂

27/4/22  ‘Z’ HC’s

Soon we will see Deals come into AC where the project code starts with a ‘Z’ rather than a ‘P’.

The BIG difference with these deals is that none of the operator’s details have been checked prior. Programs that start with a ‘Z’ means that the client has onboarded themselves rather than the program being managed like we do with the other programs (that start with a ‘P’).

So once an operator has filled out a form asking for all their details and URLs to their digital assets, they come into AC and a deal gets created automatically.

This means:

1. You MUST check if the URLs are correct – and look for any URLs that are missing. (you are meant to do this anyway but I won’t be checking them first this time)
2. You will need to focus particularly on the industry sector they have selected and assess whether it is most suitable for them. This is CRITICAL!  If you feel that what they have selected isn’t the best fit, and you feel confident with selecting a different category, then please do, OR I am more than happy to assist you with this if you are unsure. THE most important thing is that if you do change the industry sector in the AC Deal, you must also change it in under the contact. That means clicking on the operator’s name in the deal and then changing the industry sector there also. The reason for this is that when a subsequent deal is created, it uses the client info to create the deal.

I welcome any questions about the industry sector – please ask if you are unsure – the FB group will be super helpful for any clarification so everyone can learn.

⚠️ Priority:

It is a mixed bag at the moment of ATDW and HC’s, Firsts and seconds!

Our Digital Health Check is fast becoming a super popular product and one that sets us apart from our competitors with our proposal submissions. This is why it is super important we take time to get the questions right as best we can. If I see repeated patterns of how we can improve, I will write the updates here. Please always read this section to make sure you are doing the job right!

  • ATDW HC’s – If you find a listing and it isn’t live ANSWER all Qs as a no.
  • Only ‘Claim’ HC’s that you can start within 30 mins, and complete within 2 hours. This method ensures everyone has their fair share.
  • If you are completing an Initial HC – and there is an asset missing i.e no FB address or TA or Insta – please search to double check. Sometimes the clients say they don’t have one but they do!
  • If you are doing a Subsequent HC – remember to search for any assets if they didn’t exist for the previous HC. They may have started a GMB/Insta/FB/TA or website since the last HC based on our recommendations.
  • Marketing organisations – need their GMB and TA listings to be assessed on their main Visitor Information Centres (VIC’s). For our new assessors – you may have not picked up this info yet. IF you are unsure – please post on the FB page to clarify. You will notice that some Tourism Organisations I have categorised as ‘Tourism Services’ as opposed to Marketing Org due to regional circumstances.

P_Coffs22

🛎 1st HC – most will be initial HC’s – some may have had a HC in the past and it will be registered as a subs.

23/2/21 – NEW (Claire)

⚠️ Priority:

P_VA121

🛎 Some will be initial and some you will recognise as not long completed a HC! So they will be subsequents. There are many programs running at the moment so some operators sign up for everything and anything that is on offer. If at any time it’s a subsequent, still follow the same process where you check everything and compare to previous HC.

15/02/21 – NEW (Claire)

P_SCENIC21 –

All of these HC’s will be subsequent ones. NONE will be initial.

IF you cannot see any information for the previous HC in AC, please task me and move on to another one. Please also put it back in the ‘to claim’ pile in case I can’t get to it within 24 hrs.

Reminder to make sure the category is the same as the previous HC (check in the footer of the HC PDF)

The next upload will be on the 14th Feb

20/01/22 – NEW (Claire)

1. Please prioritise project code P_VC21_Melb (total 20 x Subs HC’s)

2. Once all HC’s have been completed from 1st priority, please focus on project code P_VF121 (total 100 Subs HC’s)

Reminders:
  • Only ‘Claim’ HC’s that you can complete within 24 hrs. Do not stockpile.
