Tell us something quirky or memorable about you, your team, your customer or your business

Colonial settlement came in 1820 making Ipswich one of Queensland’s oldest provincial cities, custodian to over 7,000 heritage and character buildings. Yet our city of 210,000 eagerly embraces the future with innovation, new technologies and a path set for phenomenal growth. That juxtaposition of old and new, the charm of our city’s heritage from the built to the natural environment and the dynamism of new innovative thinking have brought an evolution in Ipswich. These two ideas form the genesis of our brand:
Queensland’s beautiful heritage city – never felt so young.

What’s the favourite thing you love about your business?

We build a rapport with visitors, our staff and volunteers are trained in story-telling to bring alive local stories that enrich and invite them to discover.
