In this expert panel session, Mark Fitz, an experienced professional photographer and social influencer, Heather Congram, the Marketing Executive for Capricorn Enterprise join Tourism Tribe’s co-founder Liz Ward for a discussion about how guest-generated content can be re-purposed as marketing for tourism businesses. Along with the session video, additional materials are provided, including a cheatsheet, an influencer contract template and a guest content workbook.

Mark Fitz

Mark is a social influencer and photographer who specialises in promoting travel and outdoor experiences. He is known for his ability to capture images that inspire people to visit the stunning locations he has photographed and experience those unforgettable moments outdoors. Mark was previously an accountant for 14 years but switched off his calculator to follow his true calling. Mark’s photography focuses on his passion for travel and the outdoors which has led to a strong following online with over 60,000 fans across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Trover.

Heather Congram

Heather provides support to the Marketing team, CEO and members at Capricorn Enterprise. Her role is to promote the Capricorn region as an attractive holiday destination through her extensive experience in marketing, public relations, event management, hospitality and retail management. From working in tourism at Heron Island Resort, Dunk Island Resort and Gladstone’s Tondoon Botanic Garden to event management experience including organising corporate and charity events. She graduated from CQ University with a Master in Business Administration – Marketing. Having lived in the Southern Great Barrier Reef and Capricorn Regions for over two decades Heather has a love and passion for where she lives.
