In this session, Fabienne discusses some of the key new and resilient features of Facebook and provides practical guidance and instruction on how to use them effectively. The tools and processes discussed include the shop, the check-in function, engaging in groups, staying active on your page’s feed, using the messenger tool to answer FAQs and installing it as a chat widget on your website, the ‘About Us’ and story section and a Facebook content plan.
