We’ve listened to your feedback.

A couple of months ago we surveyed our members and asked for feedback on the site, we also actively engage with our members on the chat line and through various industry engagements. We then sifted through the ideas and upgraded the site, below is a summary of the improvements made and the links so you can check them out yourself. Of course if you have any suggested improvements we’d love to hear from you. Our website like yours is never finished.

Development of the “Hubs”

Our Hubs are are place where you will find all the information on a particular subject grouped together for easy assess. So in these Hubs, you’ll find the tutorials, videos, forum questions and answers, recorded training sessions and blogs, news articles and external resources that we think are worth a read.

You’ll find them under “Learning Resources” in the main menu. My personal favourite is “Online Bookings” because it has such great advice from members and some excellent questions in the forums.
